To request a refund for any product purchased: Simply send an email to help@phpmemcached.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include either your order ID or the email address which was used when purchasing. Please do not email us your credit card number. 8. If you signed up for any type of paid subscriptions, it will be billed once per month 30 days from the previous date of charge. Charges will be applied to the previous service/product provided. A new service/product will be delivered every 30 days once the latest charge attempt has been approved. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds will not be issued for services/products which have been delivered. You will be charged for any unbilled services/products already shipped prior to receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will not be issued for shipping and handling charges. Your subscription will continue until you send us a request to cancel in writing. Your 30 day trial begins on the day your order is placed. Cancellation requests received during the 30 day trial period will not result in any further charge.
